Demetri Michalakis is a recognized international investor in the energy, medical research, and well-known commodities trader.  With more than 25 years of experience building and funding multibillion-dollar hedge funds and private equity firms Europe, Hong Kong, and Middle East, accumulated a substantial portfolio of public offerings through which innovation and pioneering engineering is successfully delivered to the market through value creation. Together with his Group of Companies and associated private equity funds, Mr Michalakis has accumulated a capital fund structure of more than USD50 billion. In addition to venture capital and private equity funding, he is now focused on investments in telecommunications, wireless and satellite communications, medical science, and start-ups.

Aristotle Michalaki is Head of Investment Relations at Inter-M Traders, is a results-driven individual with knowledge in business development, and highly organized in client relationship management. Excels in finding solutions to the potential hidden risks that may disrupt their financial plan. Mr Michalaki has a BS in Risk Management, and a Minor in International Business from Penn State University, where he completed his studies a year early. He has an immense range of providing advisory services in a wide variety of sectors and provided financial planning to pharmaceutical and bio-medical companies, CPAs, attorneys, and government bodies. He currently holds licenses with FINRA (series 7 and series 66) and NIPR (life insurance, accident and health insurance, property insurance and casualty insurance).

Mr Michalaki’s potent blend of managerial and sales expertise demonstrate a successful track record of increasing sales and market share by establishing strong alliances with top clients and referral sources, consistently ranked among top performers in a highly competitive industry. Prior to joining Inter-M Traders, Mr Michalaki was a well-respected planner at Prudential. There he was on the President’s Council as one of the top producers in their international company. His base of duties ranged from advising individual to leading seminars for top corporations.At Inter-M Trading Mr Michalaki leads a team in research raising funds and develops operational risk management plans. He also ensures the company is appropriately and strategically positioned with analysist, investors, and all stakeholders.

Mr. Garcia is an accomplished financial leader with extensive experience across various industries. As the Chief Financial Officer, Director, and Board Member of Bakhu Holdings Corp, a pioneering biotechnology company, he has been instrumental in driving the company’s success and industry leadership. In addition to his role at Bakhu Holdings Corp, Mr. Garcia is the President and CEO of Borromeo Group, an international firm offering tax, financial, and advisory services in the US, EU, Mexico, and Argentina. Under his leadership, Borromeo Group has achieved significant growth and established itself as a trusted partner for businesses seeking expert financial solutions.Mr. Garcia’s career includes notable positions such as President of Woodbrook Group Holdings Inc., where he led strategic initiatives for business expansion, and founder and President of EPR Holdings, revolutionizing disbursement solutions in the financial industry.

Mr Garcia’s previous roles also include Chief Financial Officer of TCB Pay Ltd. and President of HGM Capital, demonstrating his expertise in financial management and global payment systems. Beginning his career at PwC in the International Tax Area, Mr. Garcia has also held key financial leadership roles at Blue Label Telecoms, Reebok, and First Data. He holds an Accounting Bachelor’s Degree from Anahuac University and is a Certified Public Accountant, exemplifying his commitment to excellence and high professional standards. Yiolanda Papargyrou is a distinguished Corporate Manager with an exemplary reputation in the Corporate Legal Services Industry. Her exceptional leadership and managerial skills, coupled with her extensive 27 years of experience, render her an invaluable asset to any organization. Ms. Papargyrou commenced her career in corporate legal services following the completion of her Associate Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wales (1991-1993) and subsequently earned a Postgraduate Diploma from the same institution in 1995. In particular, the area of corporate reorganization such as portfolio reorganization, organizational reorganization, financial reorganization, or restructuring.

Lars Ali Johnsen, has worked in the MENA, Asia and CIS region for 20+ years building an exclusive network among Corporates and Governments. He has deep understanding and expertise in the Energy Sector, telecom monitor Security Industry, Commodities, General Trading and Virtual Assets. Thanks to his established network and deep experience, Lars Ali has worked in significant positions and participated in projects aimed at advising governments on energy, sustainability, regulatory frameworks, default security and financial milestones for PPA . Notably, his renewable energy projects involved supporting the UAE Royal Families, with notable projects. Lars Ali have done implement of Xpress money in CIS,with presence across 180 countries 200,000 locations. Lars Ali Johnsen was the authorised representative of Netoil Inc, in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Lars Ali Johnsen, has also been the manager of various virtual assets projects since 2017, will implement our strategic plans regarding the Virtual Assets market.
